Lot 2, Lot 3, Outlot A, Big Lake Marketplace Second Addition. The site is 5.5 Acres. The property is: PID 65-00534-0010, 65-00534-0110, 65-00534-0115; 5.50 Acres (Owned by Benzinger Properties, Inc.) Application Requests: - Rezoning - Comprehensive Plan Amendment 1. Project Summary The applicant proposes the development of Big Lake Car Condos II, to be formally platted as Big Lake Condos Fourth Edition. The project will consist of 60 buildable lots and Outlot A, designed for the construction of luxury garage condominium units. Lot/building sizes will range from approximately 1,000 to 3,200 square feet. The project is located directly west of the existing Big Lake Car Condos development and will be visually and functionally consistent with that established project.
